Intelssoft – a successful tech company with a strong presence across the CIS and European markets — set an ambitious goal: launch its flagship product, Zephyrus, in the U.S. within just two months.The product was mature and battle-tested, but completely unknown to the American audience. The challenge wasn’t to build from scratch – it was to position, explain, and promote a complex B2B solution in a way that would immediately resonate.

turn a newcomer into a credible player – fast. That meant building brand recognition, crafting clear messaging, launching a digital presence, and showing up strong at a major U.S. industry event.
Turning Complexity into Clarity – Rebranding Zephyrus
In a saturated and technically dense multicloud infrastructure market, our challenge was to transform Zephyrus from a powerful but complex B2B tech tool into a brand that speaks confidence, agility, and freedom – without diluting its depth.

Zephyrus VM enables seamless cloud migrations and cross-platform disaster recovery. But to reach both non-technical decision-makers and technical influencers — architects, engineers, and IT leads whose opinions shape buying decisions – we needed more than just sleek visuals.

We delivered a strategic rebrand, revamped their digital presence, and crafted a clear narrative that:
- Demystifies the technology
- Highlights real business outcomes
- Connects with professionals at all levels of technical fluency

From messaging and UX to visual identity and go-to-market assets, we made Zephyrus not just understandable – but desirable.

1. Strategy & Brand Architecture
- Conducted U.S. market and competitor research to define Zephyrus' positioning
- Clarified brand voice for both business and technical audiences
- Named and structured the Zephyrus product family for future scalability under the Intelssoft brand
- Designed a fresh, modular visual identity system

2.  Website & Launch
- Built a high-converting, SEO-optimized one-pager in Webflow
- Wrote all website copy from scratch – balancing technical clarity with persuasive storytelling
- Supervised delivery team and connected full analytics & lead tracking stack

3. Content & Thought Leadership
- Produced branded videos: product explainer and founder pitch for events and investor use
- Developed LinkedIn strategy and ghost wrote founder’s personal content
- Co-authored and placed a feature article in an international startup publication

4. PR & Exposure
- Registered and secured discounted participation in TechEx North America
- Designed and produced all expo materials – from merch to banners to screen visuals
- Proposed the bold creative booth concept using traditional rugs – a visual and cultural contrast that made the stand unforgettable. By day two, attendees were calling them “the team with the carpets.” Even the organizers said: “If there were a prize for the best booth, Intelssoft would win it.” We pitched that idea – and now TechEx plans to introduce a booth design award next year.
